Assumption of Risk (For Minors)

I, the minor's parent or legal guardian, understand the nature of the activities my child will be involved in with LQ's Performing Arts Center. I believe that the minor is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities.

Release of Liability (For Minors)

I, hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless each of the releasee's from all liability claims, demands, losses, or damages on the minor's account caused or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part by the negligence of the "releasees" or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. I further agree that if despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone on the minor's behalf makes a claim against any of the Releasees named above, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or any cost that may occur as the result of any such claim.

General Participation Release

I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the participation of dance instruction led by Ms. LaQuette and LQ's Performing Arts Center. 

I/we agree to release and hold harmless Ms. LaQuette and LQ's Performing Arts Center from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Ms. LaQuette and LQ's Performing Arts Center liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur before, during, or after classes.

Payment Policy

Once payment is received, we will send you an email with instructions on accessing the scheduled dance classes. Paid participants will be the only ones granted access to the Zoom Dance classes. A participant's payment must be received no later than 11:59 pm (PST) on the night before the scheduled class. 

No refunds are given for any reason, including, but not limited to, missed classes due to weather, sickness, performances, family matters, and/or school obligations.

You may pay the class fees in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Ca$hApp, Paypal, or Zelle. 

Class Policy

Classes will start at the scheduled hour. The 'Waiting Room' will hold the participants until the instructor lets them in. A participant may not be accepted into the class if they are more than 15 minutes late. A participant's audio must be set on the muted level when entering the class. A participant can use the 'Chat' feature to message the instructor. A participant will need to make sure that they have enough room to dance around.
