LQ’s Performing Arts Center documents classes, performances, workshops, and events for educational, promotional, and archival purposes. Participation in our programs signifies acknowledgment of this policy.

1. Consent to Record

By enrolling in an LQ’s program, event, or class, participants (or their guardians) grant permission for LQ’s to record, photograph, or film activities for:

• Promotional materials

• Social media

• Website content

• Fundraising or grant applications

• Educational documentation

2. Usage Rights

LQ’s may use media content—without compensation—to promote our mission in perpetuity.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Photos

• Videos

• Audio recordings

• Group or individual images

3. Opt-Out Option

Participants who prefer not to be photographed or recorded may request a Media Opt-Out Form.

LQ’s will make reasonable efforts to honor the request, though complete exclusion from group footage may not always be possible.

Names of minors will never be shared publicly without explicit written consent.
