Donation Disclaimer

LQ’s Performing Arts Center is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are used to support our programs, performances, youth initiatives, and community outreach efforts.

1. Tax-Deductible Contributions

Donations made to LQ’s are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors will receive an acknowledgment for their records.

2. Use of Funds

Your contribution may be used for:

• Program materials and uniforms

• Scholarships for youth and justice-impacted participants

• Teaching artist compensation

• Production and performance costs

• Community outreach and wellness workshops

Funds may be reallocated to areas of greatest need to sustain our mission.

3. No Refunds

Donations are final and non-refundable.

4. Donor Privacy

We never sell, trade, or share donor information.
